Yolanda Mates

Yolanda Mates is an executive director and lead treasury management consultant specializing in Government and Institutional Banking (GIB) at Wells Fargo, based in Scottsdale serving the Southern CA Market.

With a focus on large, complex public sector entities, such as states, counties, cities, and special districts, Yolanda provides site leadership and delivers value added solutions.

In her role, Yolanda is responsible for developing product strategy and vision to meet the unique needs of her clients, ensuring they receive tailored solutions that align with their objectives.  With over 19 years of commercial banking experience, including 16 years dedicated to serving the public sector, Yolanda brings a wealth of expertise to her role at Wells Fargo.  Yolanda is an active member of the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers, Women in Public Finance, and the California Municipal Treasurers Association.

Yolanda earned her Associate of Science in Accounting Mt. San Antonio College.  Residing in Scottsdale, AZ Yolanda enjoys spending time with her husband and three dogs.
