Diana began her career with San Bernardino County in 1996. She joined ATC in 2005.
Since joining ATC in 2005, Diana worked on various accounting and management roles, including six years as Chief Deputy Tax Collector where she planned and lead the property tax collection of over $3 billion in secured and unsecured property taxes annually. In 2021, Diana promoted to Deputy Executive Officer for the County Administrative Office where she administered the County’s Capital Improvement Program, Debt Program, Discretionary General Fund, and Realignment Revenues; helped oversee the financial operations of Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, Project and Facilities Management Department, Real Estate Services Department, and County Fire; and oversaw the Community Revitalization group, working with various departments on activating the Homeless Strategic Action Plan before returning to ATC as Assistant ATC in 2023. Diana currently oversees the Controller, Disbursements, Internal Audits, Property Tax, and Tax Collector divisions and co-chairs the Property Tax Legacy Systems Replacement Steering Committee. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, San Bernardino. Her experience includes accounting, accounts payable, program administration, budget development and control, financial analysis and reporting, and social services.
